    I have the same problem
    It gets to 67.6 MB downloaded then stops
    However i have downloaded it on my laptop and it worked fine, but it wont download on my computer and dont know why, but my laptop has bad graphics and makes for a bad game experience really

    Exactly the same issue as Yonya here, the disc keeps running, but it stops at 6766 or something
    edit: trying to re-install at the moment.

    Make a backup of ur installed version with steam- copy the backup to ur main pc and install , also using steam.

    Made an account just to say this because it worked for me.
    -launch steam
    -right click on Total War: Rome II
    -Select properties
    -Select BETAs tab
    -Enter the following code: lsibrn8kf83k
    -Pick from the drop down list : launcher_test_fix

    Hello, I'm having an issue with installing Rome 2, I put in my disc and go through the normal stuff until steam, then it tells me to put in my product key, I do it then it says you are about to install rome 2, I click next and it pops up saying this game can not be installed :S It doesn't go in my steam library or anything, I tried to do it again and it done the same apart from that it says I already own this game when I put in the product key, please help.
